Shipped proof · Clinic system in developmentNeutron Health
Wherever care happens.
Neutron Health is our shipped work. Earlier versions already run on Mac. Its next version — v3, in development — runs patient records, local clinical decision support, and clinician review entirely on-site — from a field clinic to a hospital, with no cloud patient-data service.
The model proposes. The system checks. The clinician decides.
01
A history, not a disposable session.
Patient records and signed encounters stay on the Mac. Older notes become history; bringing them into a new visit is a deliberate clinician choice.
02
Clinical analysis on the Mac.
Decision support runs locally. Patient information is never sent to a remote AI service.
03
Checks before a clinician signs.
Separate rules look for missing information and safety issues. The AI's output and the clinician's conclusion stay visibly separate.
04
One clinic network.
Approved Macs share encrypted records through a clinic hub; every joining Mac is approved by the clinic and every access is recorded.
05
Keep working when the connection drops.
The Mac saves work during a hub outage; when the connection returns, a clinician confirms the merge.
06
A record of actions. A way back.
Access and actions are recorded, with snapshots, recovery and restore checks.
Release testing, real-Mac clinic checks, and required regulatory approvals remain open.
Clinician decision support only.
Every output is checked against examination, clinical judgment, and local protocols. Neutron Health does not diagnose or prescribe, and the v3 candidate is not authorized for clinical deployment. Emergency care follows local emergency procedures.
Planned
Built around the whole clinic.
Appointments and walk-ins, patient flow, follow-ups, and pharmacy workflows are next. A later non-clinical assistant would handle administrative documents in a separate workspace — with no access to patient records or clinical decisions.
